Dominique Gilgen and Ahmad Mansorifard, the master chef have opened our Truffles Burger Bar to cater to a new crowd of burger fans. But we don’t just serve our restaurant connoisseurs the traditional burger. With years of culinary and business experience behind us, we have devised a collection of innovative new burgers ranging from the taste of kangaroo in Australia to our home-grown buffalo burger and the traditional chicken burger with its own interesting twist. Reminiscent of Table 21, the oyster and steak bar also owned by Dominique and Ahmad, and which changes its menu every two weeks to continuously surprise, the Truffles Burger Bar has also been designed with a bit of adventure in mind to intrigue even the most intrepid of food fundi’s.
